Welcome to Rhinely, operated by Modapaya LLC dba Rhinely ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Rhinely provides a platform for designing and ordering custom rhinestone apparel and transfers. We partner with Modapaya for fulfillment services.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Custom Designs

By submitting designs, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use all elements within your design. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our partner, Modapaya. Production times vary based on order volume. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
