What is Rhinely?

Rhinely is a professional rhinestone design and fulfillment platform operated by Modapaya LLC. We provide:

  • Designer App: A powerful online tool to create stunning rhinestone patterns with smart-fill technology
  • Fulfillment Services: We produce professional rhinestone transfers from your designs and ship them directly to you or your customers
  • Drop Shipping: We can fulfill orders directly to your customers on your behalf

Whether you're creating designs for your own business or ordering rhinestone transfers, Rhinely has you covered.

How do I create an account?

Creating a Rhinely account is free and easy:

  • Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner
  • Enter your email address and create a password
  • Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
  • Complete your profile with your name and preferences

Once registered, you can immediately access our free Designer app and start creating designs!

Is there a free tier?

Yes! Rhinely offers free Designer access to all registered users. With a free account you can:

  • Access the full Designer app
  • Create and save up to 3 designs
  • Use all basic design tools and features
  • Order fulfillment for your designs

Premium subscription plans unlock additional features like unlimited designs, SVG exports, AI-powered tools, and wholesale pricing.

What subscription plans are available?

Rhinely offers several subscription tiers:

  • Free: 3 designs, basic features, access to Designer app
  • Basic: 50 designs, SVG exports, 10 AI rhinestones/month
  • Pro: Unlimited designs, all exports, AI image generation, custom fonts, premium templates
  • Business: Everything in Pro plus fulfillment access, wholesale pricing, and priority support

Everything about using the Rhinely Designer app

How do I access the Designer app?

To access the Rhinely Designer:

  • Log in to your Rhinely account
  • Click "Open Designer" or "Create New Design" from your dashboard
  • The Designer will open in a new tab

The Designer works best in Google Chrome for optimal performance.

What stone sizes are available?

Currently, we support the following rhinestone sizes:

  • SS6: Our main stone size (2mm) - perfect for detailed work and text
  • SS10: Coming soon! Medium size (2.8mm)
  • SS16: Coming soon! Larger size (4mm) for bold designs

SS6 stones provide excellent detail and are ideal for most rhinestone transfer projects.

Can I upload my own images or SVGs?

Yes! You can upload your own graphics to use as the basis for rhinestone designs:

  • SVG: Vector graphics (recommended for best results)
  • PNG: Image files with transparency support
  • JPG/JPEG: Standard image files
  • GIF: Image files

For best rhinestone conversion results, we recommend using SVG files with clean, solid shapes.

How do I save and manage my designs?

Your designs are automatically associated with your account:

  • Click "Save" or press Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) to save your work
  • Access all your saved designs from your dashboard
  • Organize designs into folders (available on premium plans)
  • Duplicate designs to create variations
  • Delete designs you no longer need

Your designs are stored securely in the cloud and accessible from any device.

What export formats are available?

Rhinely supports the following export formats:

  • PNG: High-resolution image files
  • SVG: Scalable vector graphics for cutting machines (Silhouette, Cricut)

Note: SVG export requires a premium subscription.

Are designs compatible with cutting machines?

Yes! Rhinely designs work with popular cutting machines:

  • Silhouette Cameo: Export as SVG and import into Silhouette Studio
  • Cricut: Export as SVG and upload to Design Space

Our exports include proper scaling and cut lines for rhinestone template production.

For Fulfillment Customers

Order rhinestone transfers and finished products

What is fulfillment?

Fulfillment is our production and shipping service. When you order fulfillment:

  • We professionally produce your rhinestone design as a ready-to-apply transfer
  • Each transfer is made with high-quality hotfix rhinestones
  • We handle packaging and shipping directly to you or your customers

This means you can sell rhinestone products without owning production equipment!

How do I order rhinestone transfers?

To order rhinestone transfers:

  • Create or select a design in the Rhinely Designer
  • Click "Order Fulfillment" or "Order Transfers"
  • Select quantity and any options
  • Provide shipping information
  • Complete payment

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship within 3 business days.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimums! You can order as few or as many transfers as you need.

This makes it easy to:

  • Order samples before committing to larger quantities
  • Fulfill single custom orders for your customers
  • Test new designs with small batches

Bulk orders may qualify for volume discounts.

Can I use my own designs for fulfillment?

Absolutely! You can order fulfillment for any design you create in the Rhinely Designer.

  • Create your design using our tools
  • Save it to your account
  • Order fulfillment whenever you need transfers produced

You retain full ownership of your original designs.

How does drop shipping work?

With drop shipping, we ship orders directly to your customers on your behalf:

  • Your customer places an order on your store
  • You submit the order to Rhinely for fulfillment
  • We produce the rhinestone transfer
  • We ship directly to your customer with your branding (or plain packaging)

This is available for approved designers with Business accounts.

What rhinestone options are available for fulfillment?

We offer various rhinestone options for fulfillment orders:

  • Sizes: SS6 (primary), with SS10 and SS16 coming soon
  • Colors: Crystal clear, colored stones, AB finishes, and specialty colors
  • Quality: High-quality hotfix rhinestones that last wash after wash
  • Transfer Material: Professional-grade transfer tape

Orders & Shipping

Production times, shipping, and order management

How long does production take?

Under normal circumstances:

  • Standard Orders: Most orders ship within 3 business days
  • Rush Orders: Available for a $15 fee - ships next business day if placed before 10 AM CST

Production times may vary during peak seasons or for very large orders.

What shipping options are available?

We offer multiple shipping carriers:

  • USPS - United States Postal Service
  • UPS - United Parcel Service
  • FedEx - Federal Express

Available shipping options and rates are calculated based on your ZIP code at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available for approved designers only.

  • Contact us to request international shipping approval
  • Shipping times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days)
  • Customer is responsible for any import duties or customs fees
  • All international orders include tracking
How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information:

  • Check your email for the shipping confirmation
  • Click the tracking link to view delivery status
  • You can also view order status in your Rhinely dashboard
Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been sent to production
  • Cancellation requests must be made within the same business day
  • Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled even if it's the same business day

Contact us immediately at contact@rhinely.com if you need to cancel an order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
  • Email contact@rhinely.com with photos of the damage
  • Include your order number and description of the issue
  • We will review your claim and work to resolve it

Important: Claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Account & Billing

Manage your subscription and payment settings

How do I change my subscription plan?

To change your subscription plan:

  • Log in to your Rhinely account
  • Go to Settings → Billing
  • Click "Change Plan"
  • Select your new plan (upgrade or downgrade)
  • Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment information:

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  • Click "Add New Card" or "Update" on an existing method
  • Enter your new payment details
  • Save changes
How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to Settings → Billing in your account
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your designs remain accessible after cancellation.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your email for the reset link
  • Click the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account:

  • Contact us at contact@rhinely.com
  • Request account deletion from your registered email
  • We'll process your request within 30 days

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All designs, purchases, and data will be removed and cannot be recovered.

What browsers are supported?

The Rhinely Designer works best on these browsers:

  • Google Chrome (Recommended) - Latest version
  • Mozilla Firefox - Latest version
  • Microsoft Edge - Latest version
  • Safari - Version 14 or later

For the best experience, keep your browser updated to the latest version.

The designer is running slow. What can I do?

If the designer is running slowly, try these solutions:

  • Clear browser cache: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete and clear cached files
  • Close other tabs: Free up browser memory by closing unused tabs
  • Disable extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with performance
  • Use Chrome: Our designer is optimized for Google Chrome
  • Check your internet: A stable connection is required for best performance
  • Reduce design complexity: Very large designs with many rhinestones may affect performance
My download is not working. What should I do?

If downloads aren't working:

  • Check your browser's download settings and pop-up blocker
  • Try a different browser
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Check if your download folder has sufficient space
  • Try downloading in a smaller file format first

If problems persist, contact contact@rhinely.com with details about your browser and the error.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

To report a bug:

  • Email contact@rhinely.com
  • Include a description of what happened
  • Describe what you expected to happen
  • Include your browser and operating system
  • Attach screenshots if possible
