Refund Policy
At Rhinely, we strive for perfection in every stone. However, due to the custom nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:
Custom Items
Custom-designed transfers and apparel are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item received differs significantly from the approved proof.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@rhinely.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, production may have begun.
