Rhinely respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling claims of intellectual property infringement.
DMCA Notice and Takedown
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a written notice to contact@rhinely.com containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in federal court
Trademark Claims
For trademark infringement claims, please send a notice to contact@rhinely.com with:
- Your contact information
- The trademark registration number (if applicable)
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content
- An explanation of how the content infringes your trademark
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will have their accounts terminated.
User Representations
By uploading content to Rhinely, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of all intellectual property rights in the content, OR
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or releases
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights
- You will indemnify Rhinely against any claims arising from your content
