By using Rhinely, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights to any content you upload
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws
- You have obtained any necessary permissions or licenses
Content Review
We reserve the right to:
- Review any content submitted for production
- Refuse to fulfill orders containing prohibited content
- Remove content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy
Content review is performed at our sole discretion. Approval of content does not constitute legal advice or guarantee that the content does not infringe on third-party rights.
Automated Screening
Designs are screened against our internal list of flagged terms (protected brand names, known trademarks, restricted content categories) at the moment they enter production. A match does not automatically reject the design — the order is placed On Hold under "IP / trademark concern" so our team can review before production starts.
Image-based screening (visual matching against logos and copyrighted artwork) is not yet automated. Sellers remain fully responsible for ensuring uploaded designs do not infringe third-party rights, regardless of whether automated screening flagged the design or not. See our Intellectual Property Policy for the full review and DMCA process.
Seller Responsibility for Marketplace Data Integrity
When Rhinely connects to a marketplace (Etsy, Shopify, etc.) we push variation SKUs in a specific pattern (RHN-…). Order routing depends on that pattern being preserved. The seller is responsible for not modifying the SKUs of variations Rhinely has pushed. Rhinely is not liable for fulfillment errors, refunds, buyer disputes, or shipping costs arising from any of the following seller-controlled actions:
- Manually editing a variation SKU after Rhinely linked or pushed the listing
- Duplicating SKUs across multiple variations or listings — whether intentionally or by copy/paste
- Adding new variations that conflict with existing variant identifiers
- Editing listing-level pricing, processing time, shipping profile, or category after Rhinely has pushed inventory, in a way that diverges from what the seller priced through Rhinely
- Cancelling, refunding, or modifying orders directly on the source marketplace without confirming the change in Rhinely
- Deleting a listing on the source marketplace that has open orders or pending fulfillment in Rhinely
- Disconnecting or revoking the marketplace OAuth token while orders are in flight
If a buyer order arrives with an unrecognized or modified SKU, our system may either drop the order silently (no fulfillment), route it to the wrong design, or surface it as unlinked in the seller's dashboard. The seller bears full responsibility for resolving the resulting buyer experience.
